About this notice
This notice is provided under Washington's My Health My Data Act (MHMDA) and applies to Washington consumers and to consumers whose consumer health data is collected in Washington. Nevada residents may exercise comparable rights under Nevada law.
This page is a working draft prepared for The Trusted Partners and has not been reviewed by counsel. Items shown as PLACEHOLDER must be confirmed by the business before publication. Last updated August 28, 2026.
What health-related data we do and do not collect
This site does not collect medical history, diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, test results, biometric data or precise location.
The information we collect that relates to health coverage is limited to what you type into a request: your household type, ZIP code, the situation you select (for example leaving employer coverage or turning 26), the coverage priorities you select, and the plan you were viewing. Because it relates to your interest in health coverage, we treat this as consumer health data under MHMDA.
Why we collect it and who receives it
We collect it only to respond to your request and to identify plan options and published rate ranges relevant to you. It is disclosed to licensed consultants working with us so they can follow up, to a carrier or administrator if you choose to apply, and to service providers that host our site, store data and deliver our email.
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not use consumer health data for targeted advertising.
Your rights
You may:
- Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and access it.
- Obtain a list of the third parties and affiliates with which we have shared or sold it.
- Withdraw consent to our collection and sharing of it.
- Request deletion of your consumer health data from our records and from our service providers, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.
How to exercise your rights and appeal
Submit a request through the Do Not Sell or Share form or email PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL PLACEHOLDER. We respond within the timeframes MHMDA requires. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; if the appeal is denied you may file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General.
