Scope

This policy describes how Trusted Partners LLC ("The Trusted Partners", "we") handles information collected through this website. It applies to this site only, not to the separate privacy practices of insurance carriers or other companies you may later apply with.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to a coverage request and to understand how people find the site.

• Contact details you enter: first name, last name, email address, phone number and preferred contact method.
• Coverage context you enter: household type, ZIP code, your situation and the coverage priorities you select.
• The plan you were viewing when you asked for pricing, and the page you submitted from.
• Traffic and attribution data: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and campaign parameters in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) plus ad click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid.
• Standard technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed.

Information we do not collect here

Sensitive information is intentionally kept out of this website. If an application later requires it, that collection happens through the carrier or a licensed consultant, under their own notices.

• We do not ask for your Social Security number on this site.
• We do not ask for medical history, diagnoses, prescriptions or other clinical records on this site.
• We do not collect payment card or bank account details on this site.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Contact you about the coverage request you submitted, using the method you selected.
• Prepare the plan options and published rate ranges relevant to your household and location.
• Send you a confirmation email that includes the ranges for the plans matched to your request.
• Operate, secure and improve the site, including measuring which pages and campaigns lead to requests.
• Meet legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations that apply to insurance producers.

How we share information

We share your information with licensed insurance professionals working with The Trusted Partners so they can follow up with you, and with an insurance carrier or its administrator when you ask us to pursue a specific plan.

We also use service providers that process data on our behalf under contract, including our website hosting, database, and email delivery providers, and our analytics provider.

We do not sell your personal information for money. See the Do Not Sell or Share page for how we treat sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We keep quote requests and related correspondence for RETENTION PERIOD PLACEHOLDER, or longer where insurance recordkeeping or other law requires it. Traffic and attribution data is retained in aggregate form for reporting.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to your request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted, ask that we stop contacting you, or opt out of sharing. State-specific rights are described on the California Privacy Notice and Washington Consumer Health Data pages.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may enter household information about dependents as part of a coverage request.
